Learn how Streetsy works, how to support artists, and what makes our platform unique.
Streetsy processes all payments through Stripe, a leading secure payment processor, to ensure your tip reaches the artist quickly and safely. A small Stripe processing fee applies, but we are committed to maximizing the amount that goes directly to supporting their work.
Streetsy uses Stripe as its payment platform to process all tips going to muralists. Stripe is used by +1.5 million live websites and processes hundreds of billions of dollars each year for every size of business—from startups to Fortune 500s.
With the exception of Stripe payment processing fees (typically <5% amount), all user-generated tips go to muralists; Streetsy takes no direct commission or cut of tips.
Before you can earn points, you need to sign-up for or log-in to your Streetsy account. You can then earn points by sharing (each click on a mural link you share = 5 points) and by tipping muralists (each $1 in muralist tip = 10 points). See the ‘How It Works’ page for more information.
